destress yourself!
marah? stress? nak ngamuk? rasa ditindas?
so, this is what i did..
1. istighfar
2. selawat
banyak banyak kali..
kalau tak ok juga, amik air sembahyang pastu solat..
pastu ngadu nanges nanges pada yang Maha Esa..
insyaAllah.. you'll be alright :)
